High School Pitching Program

Experience the highest level of performance with The Hill's monthly in-season Pitching Program. The Hill provides athletes with advanced technology, such as Trackman data, video feedback, mobility routine, pre throwing routine, post throwing recovery, and in-season tune-up. Each athlete will receive a custom-crafted program tailored to their individual needs. Training will be held on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays at 2:00 pm, 3:00 pm, and 4:00 pm.
