High School Hitting Program

This one-month in-season hitting program will have you hitting like a pro! You will receive a detailed program tailored to your individual needs using Trackman data, video feedback, post-throwing routine, post-throwing recovery, in-season tune-up, and a mobility routine. This program will be offered on Tuesdays, Wednesday, Thursdays from 5:00 pm, 6:00 pm, and 7:00 pm.
