Movement Assessment (Hitters & Pitchers)

The Hill uses advanced technology, such as Trackman and 3D motion capture video, which provides our team and the athlete with a baseline assessment of their physical capabilities. The assessment will allow us to identify inefficient movement patterns as well as help create a detailed plan of attack.
